A cargo ship was suddenly attacked by a sea monster, and the crew members taken over by the parasites are gradually losing their minds. As the crew was fighting for their lives in this predicament, some pirates came and have taken them hostage. Faced with both threats, the crew members are in grave danger. With the aggressively invading sea monster and the pirates with complicated internal disputes, who exactly can survive to the end?
